PARMESAN KETO TURKEY MEATBALLS RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon parsely
  • 3/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmean cheese
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt half if using salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. combine ground turkey with salt, white pepper, garlic and parsley. Mix with clean hands or spoon
  2. Roll seasoned ground turkey into meatballs with the diameter of a quarter but thick enough to be considered a meatball. Not super tiny but not so thick they will have a hard time cooking through
  3. In a pan on medium heat add oil if you desire and meatballs. Don't jumble up give them space to cook. Cook on both sides for about 5-7 minutes checking for doneness on the inside. You want these done in the first step
  4. Remove finished meatballs and then lower heat to medium low. Add in heavy cream, butter, salt and parmesan cheese. Combine then add meatballs back in
  5. Allow to simmer a bit 5 minutes is fine then you're finished. I liked them after they were cool to give the sauce and chance to thicken back up and with a nice sprinkle of parmesan cheese across the tops.
